Cancellation Policy
Please note that reservations must be cancelled through the Reservation System no less than 48 hours before the service is scheduled to start. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 48 hours, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made if the reservation is not cancelled prior to 48 hours. Reservations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the reservation is scheduled to start.
If you have paid a deposit and cancel your reservation prior to 3 days (72 hours) before the start date for your reservation, your deposit amount will be refunded.
If a service is cancelled due to weather conditions, Such A Nice Day (S.A.N.D.) Adventures Inc. will, on a best efforts basis, try to reschedule the customer. If this is not possible, the customer will receive a full refund.

Reservations can be rescheduled, if programs are available, up to 30 days (720 hours)before the reservation is scheduled to start.
